PRO WIRELESS REPAIR SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT: BY PLACING A REPAIR SERVICE ORDER WITH PRO WIRELESS, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. You acknowledge and agree that Pro Wireless is an INDEPENDENT repair service provider and is NOT affiliated with Apple, Samsung, or any other cell phone or tablet manufacturer. In its repair service, Pro Wireless may use parts that are reconditioned, used and /or not provided by the original manufacturer.
2. Cell Phone and tablet repairs are a laborious task which can involve up to 2 hours or longer in repair time. Please understand that cellphone/tablet repairs can be very technical, and some parts of the device may not function properly after the repair. There are risks involved in dissembling and assembling parts of electronic equipment such as cell phone/tablets.
3. Disclaimer: Pro Wireless will repair phones/tablets to the best of our technical ability. We will test the performance of the device after each repair. We will repair or replace the part/parts of your device that are identified as “broken” or “nonoperational”. However, if other parts of the device fail to function immediately after the repair or in the near future, Pro Wireless will not be responsible for repair/s that are not specified in the “Repair/Service” line above.
4. For all hardware/software repair such as, but not limited to: unlocking and restoration, Pro Wireless is not responsible for any loss of software or content on your device. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Pro Wireless, Pro Wireless is not responsible for any problems or incompatibilities with applications, operating systems, or data on your device.
5. Pro Wireless provides a 60 Day express Limited Warranty with respect to its repair services. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 DAYS from the date of original repair. This warranty excludes: (a) visible scratches, (b) physical or liquid damages, (c) normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries unless that are not defects in materials and workmanship. To obtain warranty service, proof of purchase of repair services is required to verify eligibility. Your exclusive remedies under this warranty are: (i) reperformance of services and/or replacement of the applicable parts, or (ii) refund of the amounts paid for the service (step (i) must come precedent to step (ii)). EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, PRO WIRELESS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY, QUALITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
6. If you do not retrieve your device within 60 days after we notify you by phone, the device will become property of Pro Wireless.
There will be no refund or exchanges on repair services except as set forth in the warranty section above. All orders are non-cancellable unless agreed by Pro Wireless. If Pro Wireless agrees that you may cancel an order, then a minimum cancellation fee of $30 will be assessed.
Pro Wireless is not responsible for any other malfunctions of your device other than the repair type indicated above. If Pro Wireless replaces part(s) on your device, Pro Wireless may keep the replaced part(s) which will become the property of Pro Wireless. Service is provided to device owners only, and you may not use our service to provide repair services for other person’s devices. After the repair work is done, you are responsible for testing your device to make sure everything functions properly.
